IMPORTANT INFORMATION
AND
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE

1. The Summit will begin on Monday, July 22nd at 9am and conclude Saturday, July 27th at 2pm, insha-Allah.

2. We advise you to book your flights and arrive at Istanbul Ataturk International Airport (IST). All participants are liable for their own flight/transport costs to and from Turkey. The Summit is not liable for any additional fees or costs incurred from your destination or upon return to your destination.

3. We suggest that you arrive in Istanbul on Sunday, July 21st 2024 and depart after the Summit on Saturday, July 27th 2024. However, you are welcome to arrive earlier or later, at your discretion. Please note: you will be liable for all additional accommodation costs incurred if you choose to arrive/depart outside these dates.

4. You may be interested in attending an Advanced Islamic Leadership training course with Dr Tareq Alsuwaidan the week after the conclusion of the Summit. For more information, please click HERE. If you choose to attend this additional leadership training, please ensure your return flight arrangements are made according to these dates.

5. Please be advised that there are strictly no refunds available once payments have been made.

6. The Summit is open to Muslim males and females. We highly recommend and prefer that females attend with a male mahram/chaperone. Chaperones may stay at the same hotel and do not need to register for the Summit, however need to pay an additional cost for accommodation. If you wish to add and pay for a chaperone, please email [email protected] requesting additional bed or room and our team will organise this for you and inform you of the cost.

7. Please note that your payment includes the following:

  • 6 Nights’ accommodation (check-in Sunday, July 21st 2024 and check-out Saturday, July 27th 2024) at a 5 Star hotel in Istanbul. Final details of hotel will be sent to you prior to The Summit. 
  • Daily breakfast and dinner.
  • Use of the allocated conference facilities.
  • 2 coffee/refreshment breaks each day.
  • 1 tour/learning experience of Istanbul.
  • All course notes for the training sessions.
  • Airport transfers (pick-up and drop-off from the Summit location only). Airport transfer costs will only be covered from Istanbul Airport to the Summit Hotel and back to Istanbul airport at the conclusion of The Summit.

9. If you will not be booking international flights to attend the event, please send an email to [email protected] to inform us that you will not be requiring the airport transfer service.

11. Airport transfer costs will only be covered from the Summit hotel.
