3. Who can participate in the Summits?

The Summits has two primary audiences:

  • Global Leaders Summit: Muslim leaders in middle to senior positions committed to community growth and impact.
  • Emerging Leaders Summit: Young leaders aged 18-24 preparing for impactful roles within the Ummah.

4. What are the main objectives of the Summits?

The Summit seeks to:

  • Equip Muslim leaders with Prophetic methodologies to address global challenges.
  • Build a platform for Muslim experts to share knowledge and bridge community gaps.
  • Foster meaningful connections for long-term coordinated efforts.
  • Enable collaborative design of transformative solutions for current challenges.

5. Will the travel cost and arrangement to Malaysia be covered under the program fee?

All travel arrangements, including visas and flight tickets, will be the responsibility of the attendees. The organiser will manage accommodation arrangements only.

6. When are delegates expected to arrive and leave?

Delegates are expected to arrive on Sunday, July 13th, 2025, to begin the Summit at 8:30 AM on Monday, July 14th, inshaAllah. The Summit will conclude at noon on Saturday, July 19th, with check-out scheduled for the same day under the Summit package.

However, delegates may choose to arrive earlier or stay beyond the Summit at their own expense and arrangement, either at the same hotel or a different one. For those opting to stay at the same hotel, a discounted rate will be available.

7. How to apply for financial concessions?

The application process is the same as the other applicants. Howevent, you have to submit a reference letter from an Imam or local Islamic organization seeking financial concession. You can apply here .
