IMPORTANT INFORMATION
AND
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE
1. The Prophetic Strategy Summit 2025 (TPSS) will begin on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 9am and conclude on Saturday, July 19th at 2pm.
2. We advise that you book your flights to arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Please note: Delegates are liable for all flight/transport costs to and from Malaysia, as well as all transfer costs to and from the airport and hotel. TPSS is not liable for any additional travel fees or costs incurred from your destination or upon return to your destination.
3. We suggest that you arrive in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday, July 13th 2025 and depart on Saturday, July 19th 2025, at the conclusion of TPSS. However, you are welcome to arrive earlier or later at your discretion. Please note: Delegates are responsible for any additional accommodation costs incurred if they choose to arrive/depart outside the aforementioned dates. Delegates are required to arrange any additional accommodation dates directly with the hotel.
4. You may be interested in attending the Advanced Islamic Leadership Training Course with Dr Tareq Alsuwaidan, to be held the week after TPSS. For more information, please click HERE. If you choose to attend this additional training course, please ensure your return flight arrangements are made according to these dates.
5. TPSS is open to all Muslims. We recommend that females attend with a mahram (close kin). A mahram is not required to register for the Summit; however, additional cost for the bed and breakfast will be required. If you wish to attend with a mahram, please email [email protected].
6. All delegate payment includes the following:
- 6 Nights accommodation (check-in Sunday, July 13th 2025 and check-out Saturday, July 19th 2025) at a 5-star hotel, DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya, Malaysia ;
- Daily breakfast and dinner;
- Use of the allocated conference facilities;
- 2 refreshment breaks each day;
- 1 tour/learning experience in Kuala Lumpur;
- All course notes for the training sessions.
7. Refund requests made 90 days or more before the conference date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total registration fee.
No refunds will be issued for requests made within 30 days of the conference date. Refunds will be processed within 20 business days after approval. Registration transfers to another participant may be allowed upon request, subject to approval.
