The Prophetic Strategy Summit 2025 – Emerging Leaders Summit (ELS) is a transformative event for emerging leaders aged 18–25. Designed to empower, uplift and inspire the next generation of Muslim leaders, the ELS provides opportunities to learn, connect and motivate current and future young leaders to find innovative solutions for the challenges of our Ummah in an ever-changing world.

Target Audience

  • Are you an enthusiastic young Muslim that is serious about elevating your impact within your local community?
  • Do you have existing leadership experience within your local or regional area, and are seeking opportunities to have a global impact?
  • Are you wanting to collaborate with like-minded young leaders and mobilise resources for the benefit of our Ummah?

Suitable candidates for the Emerging Leaders Summit (ELS) include:

  • Current University students or recent graduates aged 18-25;
  • Individuals who have demonstrated leadership abilities within their communities;
  • Individuals who can travel to Malaysia for the duration of the summit.

Outcomes: 

  • Develop critical leadership skills for mobilisation;
  • Design high-impact programs inspired by world-leading organisations;
  • Mobilize resources and deploy projects with expertise and precision.

Core Components

Learning

Participants will gain foundational knowledge in:

  • Leadership Development: Understanding core principles to inspire and lead;
  • Project Management: Building frameworks for efficient execution;
  • Effective Communication: Cultivating persuasive and clear dialogue;
  • Governance: Learning how to lead with integrity and strategy;
  • Design: Understand and apply design processes to extract the best out of others and systematically achieve great outcomes.

Designing

Emerging leaders will engage in dynamic activities to:

  • Create and refine innovative concepts;
  • Collaborate on visionary projects aimed at societal impact;
  • Explore unique case studies and scenarios designed to enhance their learning experience.

Mobilising

Participants will be trained to:

  • Execute strategies with precision and adaptability; 
  • Scale initiatives with expertise in areas like software, entrepreneurship, advocacy, business, and/or finance; 
  • Lead teams and organisations to mobilise resources and deliver tangible results.

Emerging Leaders Summit Structure 

Learning Through Real-World Application

Throughout the ELS, up to three standout projects will be selected as case studies from delegates’ applications. These projects will serve as practical examples to apply the principles and strategies learned over the six days. Participants will collaborate to refine these projects, and engage in ongoing discussions to further their impact beyond the ELS.
